We are the primary Pack for Williams Elementary School, but all are welcome to join the fun. We have dens for boys and girls in Grades K-5. We meet once a month as a Pack (usually 7pm on the 3rd Friday of each month) and individual Dens meet once or twice a month to work on achievements and earn rank. Other Pack events include the Raingutter Regatta, Pinewood Derby as well as Fall, Winter and Spring campouts at various state parks. We have also had campouts at the Houston Zoo, Battleship Texas and the U.S.S. Lexington.

How to Join for RETURNING Scouts
Cub Scout Ranks:
Kindergarten: Lions
1st Grade: Tigers
2nd Grade: Wolves
3rd Grade: Bears
4th Grade: Webelos (short for We Be Loyal Scouts)
5th Grade: Arrow of Lights
*All advancements will still be made through our Pack 545 Scoutbook website. New members will receive login information after completing an application.
Dues
In addition to the National Dues that you will pay when you register, our 2021-2022 Pack dues are $160 per scout. Pack dues include advancement badges and belt loops, Raingutter Regatta boats, Pinewood Derby cars, a free T-shirt for new members, recharter fees and other Pack costs.
Uniforms
Scouts are responsible for buying their Class A uniform which includes a shirt, rank hat, neckerchief, slide and belt. You will also need to purchase a Scout handbook.
Each new Cub Scout will receive a free Pack t-shirt called the Class B uniform. Replacements and adult sizes are available for $18 each.

Forms
The BSA application can be found when you text to join. Each year,
Health forms Parts A and B must be filled out for each
scout, parent AND sibling who plan to attend any scouting activities. These can be dropped off with Nikki Lu. Look out for an email with the address. To download the Health form, go to

All registered volunteers must complete the Youth Protection Training. All parents are highly encouraged to take the training as well. It must be renewed every 2 years.
